The task

A certification-services site was effectively invisible in search and receiving no organic leads.

What I did

I planned the site around competitor research, built the certification-services semantic core and page structure, commissioned intent-matched articles, and ran outreach against pages already visible in search. Technical cleanup and commercial landing pages came before content volume.

The numbers

leads/day from organic: 0→4-5 · lead entries: 86 · Organic Search sessions: 9,004 · of keywords in Top-10: 80% · Google keywords in Top-10: 41.89% · Google keywords in Top-50: 57.85%. The ranking tracker moved from a 0% baseline in November 2021 to 41.89% of tracked Google keywords in Top-10 and 57.85% in Top-50 by November 2022. Later evidence shows the business outcome: 4-5 organic leads per day, 86 Contact Form 7 entries, 9,004 Organic Search sessions in November 2024, and 80% of the later target set in Top-10.
