a zine about getting found — issue 01

A landing page that sells — and gets found.

Most landing pages convert only the ad clicks you pay for. Mine are built by an SEO practitioner with 9+ years in search, so the same page converts visitors and earns organic and AI-answer traffic on top. One asset, two demand channels.

The offer

Full-cycle development: analysis, prototype, design, responsive build, launch in 2-3 weeks for a single-offer page. Conversion-first structure, fast load, validating schema, answer-format copy. You own the code, the data and the design.

What makes the page worth it.

benefits, not adjectives
Selling structure

Built around one offer and your buyer's objections: headline, proof, capture points where the decision happens — enquiries and calls, not "brand awareness".

Fast on purpose

Speed is treated as a feature: hand-built code, optimized media, healthy Core Web Vitals. Slow pages burn ad budget and rankings at the same time.

Search- and AI-ready

Semantic HTML, validating schema, answer-format copy. The page can rank in Google and be cited by AI assistants, instead of renting traffic only.

Every device

Responsive layout tested at real screen sizes; the mobile version is designed, not shrunk.

Stable and maintainable

Version-controlled build (Git), tested functionality, no page-builder soup that collapses at the first edit.

Yours, fully

Unique design for your business, analytics wired in, zero vendor lock: code, data and hosting belong to you.

Five steps to launch.

you approve each one before the next
01Analysis
Audience, competitors, the unique selling proposition. We find the pains the page must close before drawing anything.
02Prototype
Page skeleton, navigation, lead-capture points, traffic entry points, content plan. You approve it.
03Design
A modern look that serves the offer instead of decorating it. Mobile-first. You approve it too.
04Build
Responsive, tested at every breakpoint, functionality programmed, history kept in Git.
05Launch
Content in, forms and analytics live, speed verified. Then, as a separate engagement: SEO, GEO/AEO, ad channels.

Fair questions, straight answers.

the objections everyone has
Why is there no price on this page?
Because a single-offer page and a multi-step funnel are different jobs, and a number picked before the brief would be a guess. You send the offer, I reply with a fixed quote and timeline; the quote is free and doesn’t oblige you to anything.
How fast will I get the page?
A focused single-offer landing typically launches in 2-3 weeks from brief. The analysis step protects that deadline: decisions made before design don’t get remade after it.
I already have a website. Do I need a landing page?
If you run ads or promote one specific offer, yes: a page built around that single offer converts traffic a generic homepage wastes. I can also rebuild an underperforming existing page instead of starting from zero.
Who will bring traffic to it?
That’s my core profession. The build gets you the asset; SEO, GEO/AEO and ads wiring plug in as the next engagement, and the page ships ready for them, not needing a rebuild first.
Why not just use a website builder?
Builders are fine until you need speed, clean markup and ownership. Builder pages ship heavy code that hurts Core Web Vitals and is invisible to AI answer engines; my pages are hand-built, version-controlled and fully yours: code, data, hosting.
What if I don’t like the design?
You approve the prototype and the design before a line of build code is written, and revisions happen at those stages, where they’re cheap. Nothing goes to build until you’ve signed off the look.

Live work.

And the numbers behind work like this.

documented, not staged

Web-studio era clients are on the letters wall — GRUT, Xsquare, Personalnoe Reshenie: scanned, signed, with names. Full stories: case studies.

Ready when you are.

Send the offer and the audience. You get a fixed quote, a timeline and the first prototype thinking — free, no strings.
