A specialist electronics site was rebuilt from a single landing page into a WordPress ecommerce store, with monthly search visits growing from near zero to approximately 2,100 over 14 months.
The project started as a single-page site and needed to become a nationwide ecommerce operation without discarding the existing design. Search demand varied by product, city and season, so one generic landing page could not cover the market.
I migrated the site to WordPress, created the store architecture and city-level catalogue pages, mapped commercial and informational demand, and redesigned the UX without sacrificing established rankings. The proof below uses the search-engine segment, not advertising traffic.
monthly search visits: ~0→~2.1K · search visits in the report: 6,688 · engagement: 14 mo · single-page site rebuilt as a store: WordPress. The Yandex Metrica report records 6,688 search visits across the selected period. Monthly search traffic moved from near zero in March 2018 to approximately 2,100 in June 2019, with tracked commercial terms ranking across the target city set.
